Real-time customization in luxury real estate
REQUEST
Long Cove is in the midst of building a high-end luxury lakeside community, however, needed a mobile tool for the salespeople to utilize while building out their prospects dream lake home. The tool had to be flexible for the multiple upgrade options yet simple to use.
SOLUTION
We built out the Porch Homebuilder, created specifically for a mobile tablet. The tool is flexible enough to handle pre-configured homes or building a dream home from scratch. This image-driven solution not only configures each home on the fly, it tallies upgrade cost in real-time along with providing the salesperson a simple way to capture prospect information while seamlessly sending out a final product sheet that can be emailed or printed to the future homeowner.
RESULTS
The final product not only streamlined the home customization process but also managed prospective buyers information and saved a tremendous amount of time and paper while providing a user experience expected from a luxury brand

A start-up looking to connect the health conscience directly with the fitness professional through mobile.
REQUEST
With the on-demand world among us, Forma looked for a solution that would disrupt how fitness enthusiast connects with personal trainers, wanting to become the Uber of Personal Training.
SOLUTION
After creating the brand from scratch, we set out to improve the process of bringing trainers and clients together by developing a mobile app experience with both parties in mind. The apps infrastructure supported functions such as real-time background checks on trainers, allowed for real-time scheduling based on the location of the individual, and seamless mobile payments.
RESULTS
After launching the brand and application, it allowed the founders and initial investors to test a minimal viable product (MVP) while gaining valuable insights into the marketplace.

‘BIT SOUTHERN GROUP

Bringing a new real estate team to life, from brand to collateral, to digital presence.
REQUEST
With real estate being one of the most competitive industries in the US, this new team, with the southern charm, were looking for a way to stand out from the start, but yet have a brand be consistent to the core of who they were. With nothing but an idea and a belief, we teamed up and got to work.
SOLUTION
After research, insights and numerous creative and client meetings, the ‘bit Southern Group brand was born. From logo design, defining color pallets, establishing a brand voice, along with building its digital presence, we successfully launched the brand. On the heels of the brand launch, the marketing strategy was created and executed.
RESULTS
The tactical execution of the strategy resulted in over 500 leads in the first 6 months in addition to the recruitment of multiple agents. We are really looking forward to what 2018 brings.

THE FAMILY PLACE PARTNERS CARD

An iPhone and Android application for the mobile shopper that wants to five a little more.
REQUEST
With over a decade of fundraising for a great cause, The Family Place realized they needed to streamline their customer experience while supporting the participating retailers within the fundraiser. The natural fit was mobile.
SOLUTION
After better understanding of The Family Place infrastructure, the UX, Design and Development team produced a mobile app for iOS and Android that would allow users to not only purchase a Partners Card and easily find participating retailers but also allowed The Family Place to transition traditional “paper” cards into the mobile app while seamlessly requesting additional donations.
RESULTS
After a second year, both the Android and iOS applications have allowed for increased purchases and donations.  In addition, the app has provided The Family Place a place for necessary communications to supporters along with a place for additional exposure of supporting retailers and sponsors.

eCommerce usability testing for the new mobile hybrid product
REQUEST
With such a phenomenal product in the SPRO2 projector, ZTE was looking for a way to better showcase the product while improving their website conversion rate through UX/UI enhancements.
SOLUTION
We looked at a new design and user experience based on analytics. After rounds of feedback and insight, we launched the new product site utilizing the Magento CMS.
RESULTS
Once launched, the new product site provided additional usability data that the client then used to revamp the whole eCommerce site.
